Mr. Smos

Mr. Smos needed a brand that could embrace the nostalgia of classic Belgian sandwich culture, while feeling fresh enough to work on packaging, digital, and merch simultaneously. The illustrated mascot
anchors the identity and pulls people into the shop while the full illustrative pattern system (used on napkins, bags, and wall graphics) lets the brand expand without losing coherence.
